We are currently seeking a skilled, energetic, and driven by design Architectural Designer with 2–5 years of professional experience in custom residential architecture (preferred) to join our studio in Milwaukee.

What You’ll Do

·       Be actively involved in all phases of the design process—from early concept to construction documents and site visits

·       Work side-by-side with principals and senior architects in a fast-paced, hands-on design studio

·       Participate in client meetings, design charrettes, CD production, material studies, and project walkthroughs

·       Create dynamic, highly compelling 3D visualization that are central to how we develop and communicate our designs

·       You will wholistically participate in the development of interior spaces, exterior form/details, and landscape design

·       Contribute meaningfully to the evolution of unique residential projects that are deeply personal and design-driven

·       Bring a fresh perspective, sharp design instincts, and a readiness to learn


What You Bring

·       2–5 years of experience in custom residential architecture preferred

·       Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, hand sketching

·       A professional degree in Architecture

·       Portfolio that illustrates your skills in creating compelling 3D renderings

·       Strong graphic, visualization, and communication skills

·       Passion for design excellence and detail

·       A collaborative spirit and self-starting energy

·       A desire to grow and evolve with a firm that believes architecture is a lifelong craft, not a checklist
